Description
The Fluke 233/A's meter body allows you to easily slide the wireless display out and place it where it is most easily seen (up to 33 feet/10 meters from the measurement point) while placing the multimeter in the place best fit to take measurements. The removable display features a flat bottom and back magnet that allows it to be placed or mounted on any flat surface so it can be easily seen. To use the Fluke 233 as a conventional multimeter, you simply attach the display to the meter body.
The detachable wireless display lets automative technicians:
- Attach test leads to brake lights while sitting in the driver seat, viewing the display and pressing the brake pedal.
- Run tests and read results at a safe distance from high current and high voltage systems.
- Record and test data comfortably no where how hard to reach the location may be.
- View underhood measurements on moving vehicles safely.
- Separate the tasks of reading test results and positioning the meter, allows you to devote time to each job (and work more safely).
